Yes we offer a full service department with spares for all machines.
Does Blacktools have a work shop in the UK?
Yes we have a specialists workshop for service and repairs.
Can Blacktools have the machine assembled ready to use?
Yes of course! We can offer this service for £50.00. The cost of Oils required is not included. Contact us for more details.
Do Blacktools have a help line in the UK?

Can I try a machine before I buy?
Yes of course! Blacktools offer a try before you buy service on all our machines. Contact us to arrange by appointment.
Where can I buy spare blades?
Blacktools have a full selection of spare blades for all our machines.
Do you offer a warranty on your machines?
Yes Blacktools offer a 2 years warranty on most of our machines for domestic use only.
